Choosing & Getting Started

A journey to find my wall

That's exactly how most projects begin. Tell us about your room and the feeling you're after — over Line, Instagram, or in person — and we'll guide you from there. There's no pressure to decide anything on the first visit. The best way to feel a wallpaper is to see and touch it, so we always recommend coming to the showroom in Ekamai.

Yes. For most collections, we can provide samples so you can see the texture and colour in your own light before committing. Some hand-crafted and bespoke ranges work differently — we'll let you know what's possible for the specific piece you're considering.

You don't have to, but it helps. Many of our wallpapers look and feel completely different in person than on a screen. If you can't visit, we're happy to help entirely over Line — sending curated options, mood boards, and samples to your door.

Our showroom is open daily from 10 am - 6 pm. So, you are always welcome anytime. However, if you could let us know what you are looking for, we could prepare a sample for you upon your visit.

Ordering & Lead Times

A journey to find my wall

We start with a conversation about your space, then bring you a curated selection. Once you've chosen, we prepare a quotation, take a deposit, verify measurements on site, and place the order. We stay in touch at every step through to installation.

Yes. Each Mural and Bespoke wallpaper is carefully prepared to suit your specific wall dimensions and layout. Before production, we provide a final artwork layout for you to review and approve. Your signed approval confirms the design and allows us to proceed with production.

Because our wallpaper is made to order, lead times vary by brand and product. As a guide: standard collections around 2–4 weeks, premium collections around 4–6 weeks, and hand-crafted or bespoke pieces around 6–10 weeks. Your exact timeline is always confirmed in writing on your quotation before you pay. For made-to-measure pieces, the lead time begins once measurements are verified and the deposit is received.

Most of what we carry is produced by its brand specifically for each order — often hand-finished — rather than mass-printed and warehoused. It's part of what makes each piece feel considered rather than generic, and it's why we ask for a little patience on timing.

Pricing depends on the product, the size of your walls, and whether installation is included, so we prefer to understand your project before quoting — that way the number is real, not a guess. Share your room and what you have in mind, and we'll guide you toward options that fit.

Yes. For made-to-order and custom products we take a deposit before production begins. If you cancel before production starts, your deposit is fully refunded. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, since the piece is being made specifically for you.

Delivery & Installation

A journey to find my wall

Yes. Within Bangkok, we arrange delivery directly, or you're welcome to collect from the showroom. Elsewhere in Thailand, we ship by trusted courier. International delivery is possible for selected products — please ask us first. Delivery costs are included in your quotation, so there are no surprises later.

Here is more information about our shipping policy.

Yes — installation is handled by our own team. We treat every wall as its own project: measured on site, prepared properly, and hung right the first time, from a single feature wall to a hand-crafted mural.

Within Bangkok:

  • Installation: free for custom and mural orders over 10 sqm or for standard-roll orders of 5 rolls or more.
  • For smaller orders (under 10 sqm or 5 rolls), a fee of 3,500 THB applies.
  • On-site measurement: 2,000 THB — fully credited toward your order.

Outside Bangkok: additional charges apply — please contact us to discuss.

If you prefer to use your own installer, we're glad to supply guidance and specifications.

Each product page has a calculator to help you estimate. If you share your wall dimensions, photos, and rough measurements, we'll help you estimate the quantity and number of rolls you'll need.

Once you've approved the quotation, we visit to verify the exact measurements before production. Any difference in quantity is then adjusted — added or reduced — in the final payment after installation is complete.

Returns & Issues

A journey to find my wall

Unopened, unused standard rolls in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-printed wallpaper and made-to-measure murals are produced uniquely for your walls and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason — so we confirm every specification with you in writing before production begins. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Please find more information about our returns policy.

We'll always make it right, on every product. For standard rolls, please inspect on arrival and contact us immediately, before installing — once a roll is cut or hung we can't assess it. For custom and mural pieces, we inspect every order before it reaches you, and if there's any defect we handle the claim with the brand directly and arrange a repair or reprint on your behalf. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Products, Care & Specifications

A journey to find my wall

Roll wallpaper is built around a repeating pattern, printed across continuous rolls of wallpaper. The design repeats seamlessly from one length to the next, making it a versatile choice for covering walls of different sizes. From subtle textures and classic motifs to bold contemporary patterns, roll wallpaper brings rhythm and character to a space.

Unlike repeating wallpaper, mural wallpaper is created as one continuous composition across the wall. Each panel connects to the next, allowing the artwork to unfold across the space — from sweeping landscapes and botanical scenes to architectural details and abstract forms. The result is less a pattern, and more a world within the room.

Custom or Bespoke wallpaper is made with your space in mind, carefully adapted to its dimensions, proportions, and character. From refined colour adjustments to considered changes in scale and composition, each detail can be tailored to create a design that feels uniquely at home in your interior. The result is wallpaper with a more personal, crafted quality — made not simply to cover a wall, but to belong to the space.

It depends on the material. Some substrates handle humidity far better than others, and we can point you toward ranges suited to bathrooms, kitchens, or Bangkok's climate. Tell us where the wallpaper is going and we'll recommend accordingly.

Yes. Several of our brands carry fire classifications suitable for commercial and hospitality use, including marine-grade and dual-certified options. Share your project's requirements and we'll identify the ranges that meet them, along with the supporting documentation.

Silk wallcoverings are created using silk mounted onto a backing, giving them a rich texture, subtle sheen and a more luxurious appearance. They are often used for hand-painted or embroidered designs and bring depth, softness and variation to a room.

Paper wallcoverings, such as collaged, antiqued, waxed or gilded finishes, offer a different decorative effect with a flatter surface and a more artisanal character. Depending on the finish, they can have a layered, textured or aged appearance and are often used to create a more contemporary, dramatic or architectural feel.

Care depends on the material — some can be gently wiped, others are more delicate. We'll give you specific guidance for your chosen wallpaper, and we check in after installation with tips for keeping it looking its best, especially through the humid season.
