Amazonite

SKU: HOH-AND-AMA-2M

Named after the ancient warrior goddess of Britain, ANDASTRA is a hand-painted damask with distinctive bands of colour in the background. Based on a motif we found in the archives of Gainsborough, the renowned silk weaving house, we have blown up its scale for a more modern feel while purposely preserving the original draftsmans grids (which were used to plot the design onto the loom) as our way of celebrating the time-honoured craft of weaving. Our wallpaper is made using Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, purposely grown materials, printed with water-based, environmentally safe inks, is PVC-free and made especially to order, reducing waste.

House of Hackney

For those who believe more is more, House of Hackney brings fearless pattern, rich colour, and the beauty of the natural world into every room. The London design house is known for transforming classic British motifs into contemporary wallpapers that feel vibrant, immersive, and full of character.

From oversized florals and winding vines to mythical creatures and lush landscapes, every collection embraces colour, craftsmanship, and the joy of decorating without restraint. Inspired by the spirit of William Morris, while unmistakably modern, House of Hackney creates interiors that feel warm, expressive, and deeply connected to the natural world.

— Fearlessly British. Wildly botanical. Unapologetically maximalist.
