Zonda

SKU: FRM-E017-03-BC

Like the cloud formations from which it takes its name, Nimbus is soft, delicate and dreamy, a result not only of the palette we draw from but the techniques we combine. Taking inspiration from cherry trees in full bloom, Nimbus employs delicate washes of paint, carefully laid on top of one another to form a ghostly layer of blossoms. This creates a subtle backdrop on which our hand-embroidered blossoms take centre stage. This layering of painting and embroidery adds an understated yet powerful depth, resulting in a stunning statement of elegance.

Custom Silk

A custom wallpaper is a fully bespoke design made to order — the approach used by brands like Fromental and Lala Curio, where colours, scale, and motifs are tailored to your specific project. Each piece is quoted individually, so lead times are longer and pricing is confirmed once your requirements are finalised.

Bespoke Tailoring

For the most considered result, we recommend our Tailoring service. The design is adapted to your space — factoring in layout, key features, and complex areas such as staircases — to ensure a cohesive, intentional installation. Service fees
apply.

Standard Run

Available at set heights, the Standard Run is ideal if you need to move quickly into production. It offers the same artistry and craftsmanship as a tailored order but without spatial or compositional adjustments, resulting in a more general fit in challenging spaces.

Customisation

Many of our designs can be customised to suit your palette and preferences. As customisation involves design development, customised orders are completed through our Bespoke Tailoring service and cannot be offered as a Standard Run.

Embroidery

We do not recommend heavy embroidery for Standard Run orders, as
embroidered sections may need to be trimmed during installation, which may
lead to fraying.

The Art of Handcrafted Wallcoverings

Traditional craftsmanship meets bespoke design.
FROMENTAL
Maker of hand-painted, embroidered and printed wallcovering

Fromental's signature hand-crafted wallcoverings—and so much more. Sample and select from our collection of colourways or collaborate with us to create something entirely unique.

For panoramic wallcoverings such as Chinoiserie, Fromental can adjust design placement to ensure birds sweep gracefully over doorways, trees extend their branches in perfect harmony with an archway, and the finest embroidery sits at eye level. This is a process of precision and artistry, tailored to your needs.

Introducing
Hand-embroidered

Fromental

Luxury is often measured by rarity. Fromental measures it by craftsmanship.

Fromental creates handcrafted wallcoverings for those who see their home as an expression of art, culture, and enduring craftsmanship. Every piece is hand-painted or hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, transforming silk into richly detailed compositions that reward attention from every distance.

Rather than following trends, Fromental creates interiors with lasting presence. Inspired by the decorative arts and tailored to each project, its wallcoverings bring together artistry, refinement, and a sense of permanence that only true craftsmanship can offer.
